Who really pays the price?
Who doesn't remember the market controls that produced the economic and business strains of 2020-2022. Many have never recovered. And so the entire landscape of providing cutting edge products to the building industry was changed.
Now, as in some unfortunate bad dream, it appears that we are passing through the STARGATE into the 2020 business conditions. Once again, small businesses are feeling the impact of Federal engineered fixes with out of control forced higher cost. The reality is that the small business pays this price to the Federal Government, not the foreign entity.
What does this mean to you the customer? Uncertainty.
This is the new reality. Certain parts of the Outdoor Floor System® will be subject to new tariffs (taxes). This is beyond the small business control. And this always ends at the feet of the buyer, you the customer. This means price increases on some components. This is not our preferred business plan but its more than we can absorb.
And, in addition, with no clear path for this new trajectory, inventory will not be carried in the same quantities as in pre 2020. This means continued advanced ordering to ensure product for your applications.
So, to avoid these uncertainties for the balance of 2025, we are offering a new ordering program that will include a 6 month Price-Lock. This ensures your future is not impacted by anticipate price increases during the 2025 construction season. Following are the details of this price saving program.

Price-Lock must be completed by June 30. Price-Lock requires a 50% non-refundable deposit. Price-Lock orders must be paid in full and ship no later than October 14.
TERMS:
Requires a quoted and DocuSign authorized order. Requires a requested ship date subject to customer revision prior to final payment. Freight cost are as quote, no future surcharges or adjustments. The deposit must be completed within 15 days of authorization to secure Price-Lock. Price-Lock customers receive preferred order status based on delivery date. No edits or changes to the order are permitted once the Price-Lock is completed. Inventory levels will be managed to deliver on time with minimal delays. No other price guarantees will be extended outside of this program.
