Iconic Seattle Space Needle is probably the most notable Pacific NW high point, next to Mt. Hood east of Portland, OR. This is a busy city along with the surrounding cities and sprawling metro areas that boarder the Puget Sound, north to south.
As the doorway to the Olympic Peninsula, this area is similar to Oregon but with the addition of salt water due to it’s proximity to the Puget Sound. While here, I was able to meet Kara Walk, Swalling Walk Architecture. We had a short but good visit on a wet day.
